Colliers and Jumbo Capital lease 36,584 s/f at 1900 Crown Colony

Jumbo Capital Management, a privately held commercial real estate investment firm, has been a direct benefactor of the hot commercial real estate market of late in the Braintree/Quincy area. Jumbo, in collaboration with the Colliers International real estate team in Boston, has leased 36,584 s/f at 1900 Crown Colony since closing on the 135,800 s/f building last August. Most recently, Maryland-based One Day Roofing committed to the building taking 4,526 s/f on the fourth floor, effective June 1. This marks the company's foray into the Greater Boston Market. Mark Driscoll of Wyman Street Advisors represented the tenant. The 12,686 s/f of newly completed leasing transactions combine with the previous 23,898 s/f of leasing deals at year-end 2014, are making for record-timing in lease-up. Previously, transactions were completed for Strategic Product Services, Auldey Toys of North America, and Environmental Partners. The transactions were finalized in collaboration with Jumbo Capital Management's Jay Hirsh, managing partner and founder, Jordan Berns, Partner, and the Colliers International team of Jim Elcock, Dave Goodhue, Caleb Hudak and Dan Hines serving as the exclusive leasing agent for the property. "We are excited about the building's vast appeal in the marketplace. The property's location and quality construction are attractive and will continue the leasing momentum. We can accommodate tenants ranging in size from 1,200-16,000 s/f," said Berns. Located in the premier Crown Colony Park at the intersection of I-93 and Rtes. 128 and 3, 1900 Crown Colony is a 135,800 s/f class A office building.
