Colliers negotiates 20,000 s/f
office lease to Bohler Engineering

Westborough, MA Colliers has negotiated a lease for Bohler Engineering offices. Bohler Engineering, a land development consulting and site design service provider, will now occupy 20,000 s/f of space for its regional headquarters. A Colliers team led by executive vice president Steve Woelfel and senior vice president Kevin Brawley represented the tenant in the deal. Bob McGuire and Alison Powers of JLL represented the landlord, Carruth Capital.

Located at 50 Washington St., the property sits in the highly sought-after suburban office destination of Westborough. The area has seen enormous growth recently with the population increasing by 20% and more than 20 companies moving to the area in the last five years. According to a recent Colliers report, demand-driven rental rate increases are expected to continue on an upward trajectory for the market. 

The Class A building, which totals 92,600 s/f, boasts a suite of on-site amenities including a fitness center, cafeteria, and parking lot, and offers premier signage opportunity among one of the most prominent corridors in the region.
