Borrego Solar Systems, Inc. has leased 14,200 s/f at 205 Industrial Ave. East. Dylan Connelly, senior associate, O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. represented Borrego Solar Systems Inc. in the transaction.
The landlord, Spinelli-Hickey Limited Partnership, was represented by Tyler Ewing and Paul Delaney of Grubb & Ellis.
"The property is an ideal location for Borrego's New England headquarters, as the site provides immediate access to I-495 and Rte. 3, is centrally located for Borrego's workforce, and avoids commuter traffic associated with other properties along Rte. 3," said Dylan Connelly.
