GVA Williams of Connecticut promotes Corcoran Foote to sr. VP

GVA Williams of Conn. has promoted Deirdre Corcoran Foote to senior vice president. Corcoran Foote has over 4 years of commercial real estate experience throughout Conn. Corcoran Foote is part of the Retail Leasing Division representing retailers and landlords in disposition and acquisition. Her clients include such leading retailers as French Soles, Wireless Zone, Palm Beach Tan, HSBC, Cosi as well as other regional and national retailers and landlords. She joined GVA in 2004. Corcoran Foote concentrates primarily on business in Fairfield County, with the ability to service a wider geographic via the firm's global network of offices with a focus on fashion and high end retail, fashion and restaurants. According to Cory Gubner, president and CEO of GVA Williams of Conn., "Deirdre's previous in-house marketing experience at places such as Coach and Ann Taylor allows her to provide our clients with a perspective that is invaluable." Prior to joining GVA Williams, she was head of global creative services at Coach, marketing director at Mark Cross, as well as at Episode International and Ann Taylor. Corcoran Foote holds a Bachelor of Arts, double major in Economics and Management at Wheaton College. Corcoran Foote has lived in Old Greenwich for 12 years with her husband of 18 years, and her two children. "Commercial Real estate in Fairfield County attracts many entrepreneurs with new, exciting business ideas. I feel lucky to be a part of their decision making process.
