Conrad and McCourt of The Conrad Group handle 26,154 s/f in two leases at Adams Place I

Quincy, MA The Conrad Group has negotiated two long term leases for two corporate clients. The first transaction involved CMC Design Build, Inc. as they leased 13,880 s/f at Adams Place I. The firm is re-locating from Batterymarch Park, where they have been for the past eight years.  Robert Conrad, president of The Conrad Group, said, “CMC Design Build is excited to be re-locating to Adams Place. The property had the available space which they needed for their growth and offers excellent amenities.”

The second lease involved Nellie Mae Foundation who are leasing 12,274 s/f and will be moving from the second to the seventh floor at Adams Place I. Paul McCourt, senior vice president of The Conrad Group, said, “The seventh floor was highly desired by Nellie Mae due to its high quality and panoramic views of the ocean as well as the Boston skyline.”

Conrad and McCourt represented both tenants. Occupancy is expected in September.
