Ryan of Connecticut Commercial sells West Suffield Shops - $500,000

The Somers office of Connecticut Commercial Realty & Select Homes has brokered the sale of the West Suffield Shops. The center, which sold for $500,000, is located at 1365 Mountain Rd. and consists of approximately 9,200 s/f of retail/office space. It is tenanted by the U.S. Post Office and MiniMart. The new owner has plans for many upgrades to the center where space is still available for a restaurant, an end cap with possible drive thru, and second floor apartments.. Christy Ryan of the Somers office of Connecticut Commercial Realty & Select Homes represented the seller, West Suffield Shops, LLC. Attorney Thomas O'Grady of Somers represented the seller. The buyer, Jeff Filiault of Enfield, was represented by attorney Mark Lowell of Canton. Connecticut Commercial Realty & Select Homes operates divisions in both commercial and residential brokerage, and maintains offices in Somers and New London. The firm holds brokerage licenses in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island, and supplies Certified Appraisal services in both Connecticut and New York State.
