John Cremmen has joined Denenberg Realty Advisors as senior vice president.
"John brings with him exceptional talent, creativity, insight, and experience to help fortify Denenberg Realty Advisors platform of highly professional brokers and advisors," said Denenberg's president, Neil Denenberg.
Cremmen has been in the real estate brokerage industry since 1982. As senior vice president at Denenberg he focuses on investment sales, acquisitions and leasing of office, industrial and retail properties. Prior to working at Denenberg, Cremmen was a senior vice president at Jones Lang LaSalle for 15 years and before that he worked at the Peter Elliott Real Estate Company for 15 years.
Some of his clients have included: American Cancer Society (47,000 s/f), Boston Water & Sewer Headquarters (9.5 Acres - 550,000 s/f), Boston University (122,300 s/f), Beacon Capital Partners (49,000 s/f), Boston Medical Center (34,600 s/f), Bowne Company (74,000 s/f), CVS (17,600 s/f), Comcast (71,000 s/f), Third Sector New England (123,000 s/f), Greater Boston Food Bank (60,000 s/f), and Pine Street Inn (24,000 s/f).
In addition to leasing both office and industrial properties and land worth over $85 million, Cremmen has sold in excess of $180 million worth of property including multifamily developments and buildings for condominium conversions.
Cremmen holds a bachelor of science degree in Business and Finance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is also on the board of directors of the Newmarket Business Association and the Backstreets Mayoral Advisory Committee .
In 2005 Cremmen was awarded Downtown Deal of the Year by the Commercial Brokers Association for the Crosstown Center Lease of 101,000 s/f to Boston University. For several years he has been in the Greater Boston Real Estate Board Multi-Million Dollar Club.
Cremmen has sold multiple condominium developments, multifamily buildings, as well as conducted numerous Non-Profit, Governmental and Institutional transactions and acquisitions in the Greater Boston area. Cremmen has a keen understanding of Boston's transitional and evolving markets through his extensive work throughout Greater Boston.
