Demakes and Carroll of Colliers Meredith & Grew handle 17,996 s/f lease

Rule|Boston Camera Rental has executed a new lease to relocate from its Watertown and Brighton locations, increasing the size of its existing facilities to 17,996 s/f at 1284 Soldiers Field Rd. The Colliers Meredith & Grew team of Elias Demakes and John Carroll represented Rule|Boston Camera Rental in the transaction. The landlord, Harvard Real Estate, was represented by Peter Bekarian and John Osten of JLL. 1284 Soldiers Field Rd. is a one-story 33,206 s/f office building. "It was a real challenge to find the perfect convergence of space and location," said John Rule, founder and owner of Rule Broadcast Systems. "After months of searching, we could appreciate the 1284 Soldiers Field Road's proximity to major roadways and its easy access to public transportation. And with more space, the interior layout gives us the flexibility we need as we combine resources with Boston Camera. Our new location will lead to a more efficient and positive experience for our customers."
