Chelmsford, MA Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc., has completed the sale of a 14,800 s/f office property located at 229 Billerica Rd. Tyler DeWolfe and Ben Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the seller in the transaction.

The asset was sold for $2.45 million, which at $165 per s/f is an exceptional number for office space achieved by Greater Boston Commercial Properties in this post-COVID market.

“Located just off Rte. 3, the property offers easy access to major highways, making it a strategic investment in the Greater Boston market,” said Gatti.
