Dolben assumes management of The Townhomes of Beverly

Beverly, MA The Dolben Company, Inc. (Dolben) has assumed the management of The Townhomes of Beverly. Located on 13 scenic acres, the property is located near plentiful shopping, dining, and entertainment options, and easily accessible via Rte. 128, I-93, and I-95 for convenient commuting. The property is owned by two current clients, Taurus Investment Holdings and PhilMor REI.

The Townhomes of Beverly consists of 204 units, with a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom townhomes. Amenities include a new clubhouse, swimming pool, beautiful landscaping, and scenic courtyards. The apartments feature fully renovated kitchens and baths, new flooring, granite breakfast bars, and in-home washers & dryers, as well as walk-in closets and private patios.
