Durgin of Jack Conway Commercial arranges 26,000 s/f long-term lease for Aspire Health Alliance in Quincy, MA

Quincy, MA Paul Durgin, vice president of Jack Conway Commercial, helped negotiate a long-term lease on behalf of Aspire Health Alliance, for the entire building located at 54 Miller St.

Durgin represented Aspire, formerly South Shore Mental Health. Founded in 1926 Aspire is a community behavioral health center with multiple locations throughout the South Shore.

Built in 2013 54 Miller St. is a 26,000 s/f, first class office building, located off Furnace Brook Pkwy. and I-93. John Real of Colliers International represented the landlord.
