Wakefield, MA Eastport Real Estate Services has completed a capital improvement project at the Audubon Commerce Center, located at 107 Audubon Rd.

The capital plan began with the complete renovations at all common areas of Building 2. The work encompassed main lobby flooring, lighting and architectural details at the perimeter walls. All restrooms were updated with all new flooring, lighting, fixtures and partitions.

In addition to the interior renovations, all the windows in each building were replaced with modern, anodized aluminum frames with blue tinted glass.

The management team credits the capital improvements for the increase in leasing activity. Three new leases and two expansions were completed during this time period.
