RE/MAX Andrew Realty Services will continue to be led by broker/owner John Veneziano. This conversion adds 70 seasoned, local agents to the RE/MAX family and will provide RE/MAX with the #1 brand market share in Medford and #2 in Stoneham.
"A significant focus for our company is to attract and convert quality brokerages," said Dan Breault, executive vice president and regional director of RE/MAX of New England. "We are so thrilled to be able to welcome more than 70 real estate professionals to the RE/MAX family. I know that our regional support, training and technology will be a huge asset to their continued success."
The former ERA Andrew Realty team has served the Middlesex County area for more than 25 years, specializing in residential and commercial real estate. "We are excited to join the RE/MAX umbrella," said Veneziano. "RE/MAX's suite of services including their high-touch business model with extensive training, education, marketing and technology were big factors in our decision to switch to the brand."
Since its inception in 1985, RE/MAX of New England has grown to over 220 offices and 2,700 sales associates throughout Conn., Maine, Mass., N.H., R.I. and Vermont, providing franchised residential and commercial real estate services to its franchisees and their real estate professionals.
