EWM Global leases 6,465 s/f at Ashforth’s 707 Summer St. office property

Stamford, CT According to The Ashforth Co., EWM Global, a leading provider of executive compensation administration services for the financial services industry, has signed a lease at Ashforth’s 707 Summer St. property. 

EWM will occupy 6,465 s/f at 707 Summer St. and will move all employees to this location.

George Walker, executive vice president and Betsy Buckley, senior vice president of JLL, the exclusive leasing agent for 707 Summer St., represented Ashforth. With this latest signing, the property is nearly 75% leased.

Located in the downtown, 707 Summer St. is a 74,000 s/f office building featuring three floors, three levels of covered parking, and a host of tenant-focused amenities. These include a landscaped courtyard, private shuttle to the Stamford train station, NPBI air purification system, and a living wall of 1,330 plants in the main lobby. Ashforth, the building owner and manager of the property, and its division are headquartered on site.

707 is minutes from I-95 and the Merritt Pkwy., and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, banks, library, theaters, Courtyard by Marriott hotel, Stamford Town Center, Mill River Park, and Stamford Train Station.

Other tenants at 707 Summer St. include Michael Page International, Belden Hill Partners, BI Worldwide, Fugazy Sports & Entertainment, OneWall Communities, The Ashforth Company, Albert B. Ashforth, Inc., and A.P. Construction.
