Farley of Colliers New Hampshire sells Top Cat Car Wash for $1.35 million

Ossipee, NH Colliers negotiated the sale of 760 Rte. 16, for a total consideration of $1.35 million, inclusive of both the real estate and business. Cassandra Farley, senior associate with Colliers in New Hampshire, represented the seller, 760 White Mountain Highway, LLC, and the buyer, Limon, LLC, was unrepresented.

Operating as Top Cat Car Wash, the property is a well-established, modern car wash facility featuring two in-bay automatic washes and self-service wash options. Located along the Rte. 16 corridor, the business benefits from local demand as well as consistent seasonal traffic. Its remote monitoring capabilities and diversified wash formats further enhanced its appeal to investors.

This transaction underscores the continued resilience of car washes as an asset class. Investors are drawn to the sector for its strong operating margins, favorable tax treatment, and minimal staffing requirements.
