SPERRY - Commercial Realty Associates named to lease Village Center Place

Windham, NH Leasing activity is officially underway at Village Center Place, a new mixed-use development. SPERRY - Commercial Realty Associates has been chosen to exclusively represent the developer and oversee leasing efforts for the project.

Located at a visible and accessible site off of Rte. 111, Village Center Place is designed to serve as a neighborhood-focused destination that supports the town’s continued residential and commercial growth. The development is expected to feature a mix of restaurant, café, and service-oriented businesses tailored to meet the community’s demand for quality dining and lifestyle amenities. The site is adjacent to the soon to be completed Derry medical office building which will feature nine speciality practices.

“This is one of the most exciting projects I have led in my career,” said developer Chris McCarthy, of Village Center Properties. “It means a lot to me to have this take shape right here in Windham.”

McCarthy expects to have the three-unit commercial building completed by third quarter of 2026.
