Florence Electric, LLC was recognized by the Boston Business Journal (BBJ) as one of the Best Places to Work in Mass.
In addition, based on an evaluation by the National Associated Builders and Contractors, the Gould Construction Institute, the company qualified for the 2014 STEP Safety Award at the Platinum Level.
Florence was one of 20 mid-size companies who won for the Best Places to Work in Mass. The honor recognizes Florence Electric's achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains people through a combination of employee satisfaction, working conditions and company culture. Florence is the first electrical contractor to be named with this distinction since the inception of the BBJ award 12 years ago. The company ranks #95 on BBJ's list of the largest private companies.
