Fraser of Unicorn Realty completes three leases totaling 10,270 s/f

Unicorn Realty recently completed a lease with Lyn Evans for Potpourri Designs of Hanover to relocate to 412 Washington St. "We are excited to have Potpourri Designs come to our Norwell property. They have a long-standing reputation as an outstanding women's boutique clothier and they will be a great fit in their new location," said Brian Murphy, vice president at Unicorn Realty. Lyn Evans for Potpourri Designs is a specialty women's clothing boutique. With eight stores across New England, Potpourri Designs caters to women of all ages and lifestyles. The Hanover store is currently located in the Merchants Row shopping plaza. The company has signed a lease to operate the store from the 2,670-s/f unit. Robert Fraser of Unicorn Realty served as broker. The property at 412 Washington Street recently underwent extensive renovations by Unicorn Realty, receiving an updated façade and new utilities systems. Fraser also completed a 2,600 s/f lease with KAKS Home Improvement Services at 145 Webster St. in Hanover. KAKS Home Improvement Services is a home improvement contractor specializing in basement finishing, particularly green and eco-friendly finishing systems. The company was formerly located in Braintree. In addition Fraser completed a 5,000 s/f lease with Living Hope Four Square Church to relocate to 145 Webster St., Hanover. The church is moving from its former location at 1075 Washington St. "We are pleased to have Living Hope Foursquare Church as a Unicorn Realty tenant. They have a great reputation as a strong Christian organization and we wish them continued success in their new location," said Brian Murphy, Vice President at Unicorn Realty. The church has signed a lease to operate from the 5,000-square-foot unit. Robert Fraser of Unicorn Realty served as broker. Living Hope Four Square Church will move to the new space this summer.
