Gambaccini joins Colliers financial services team as senior advisor

Boston, MA According to Colliers, a global leader in commercial real estate services, Dave Gambaccini, CCIM, has partnered with their financial services team as a senior advisor, under the continued leadership of David Eaton, CCIM, managing director, and Kara Santos, commercial loan analyst.

Gambaccini’s most recent success as a principal of a local equity firm, uniquely positions him to continue arranging debt capital for commercial real estate developments, acquisitions, and portfolio refinancing.   

“Dave’s leadership with CCIM and success operating a local equity firm uniquely positions him for continued success with Colliers financial services group. We are pleased to have Dave on our team to further strengthen our position as market leaders in providing debt capital sources to developers, business owners, and investors throughout New England,” said Eaton.

Gambaccini has been an owner/investor of multifamily investment properties in southern New Hampshire since 2006 and provides first-hand problem resolution for commercial real estate deals. For over a decade, he has been honing a broad skill set which includes loan origination, financial analysis, loan structuring, and underwriting of commercial real estate developments, acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing.

Most recently, Gambaccini has been focused on identifying and securing equity and debt capital from $5 million to $50 million for commercial real estate developments throughout the Northeast and across the U.S., including mixed-use, hotel, multifamily, and assisted living developments.

Gambaccini is the president of the New England CCIM Chapter, as well as the 1st regional vice president of the CCIM Institute’s Region 11.  Gambaccini sits on three national committees for the CCIM Institute and is deeply entrenched with CCIM’s throughout the country, providing a vast network of business partners. Gambaccini holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science with a specialization in Geology. Gambaccini is a licensed real estate broker in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
