Glickman Kovago & Co. arrange two new leases totaling 33,940 s/f

Mid-America Aviation has leased space from the Viking Corporation and will occupy 15,540 s/f of space at 22 Town Forest Rd. Jim Glickman, principal of Glickman Kovago & Co., represented all parties. Also, 10 Technology Dr. will be a new location for West Springfield Auto Parts. West Springfield Auto Parts has leased the 18,400 s/f building from JJG Realty. Glickman and Peter Kovago, both principals of Glickman Kovago & Co., represented all parties. Established in 1956,West Springfield Auto Parts has grown to become one of the largest independent automotive parts warehouses in the United States. The Company prides itself on its service and multimillion dollar inventory of quality automotive products from over 400 manufacturers. The Company is truly the "one stop shopping center for all your automotive needs," boasts their website. The store will have operating hours of Monday thru Friday 8a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays 8a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
