Glickman Kovago & Company leases 5,600 s/f to two at 344 Chandler Street

Joey's Bar and Grill has moved from their location on Mill St. to a larger 4,600 s/f facility at 344 Chandler St. owned by Neil Harvey. The new restaurant has approximately 40 additional seats available, a private function room for up to 50 people, and plenty of parking at the door. Joey's Bar and Grill is open now for both lunch and dinner. Ideal Weight Loss Clinic has also moved into 344 Chandler St. occupying 1,000 s/f of space. Although this is Ideal Weight Loss's first location in Mass., they operate another facility in Vt. Currently Ideal Weight Loss is open by appointment only to learn how to turn your body into a fat burning machine. David Burwick and Carl Burwick of Glickman Kovago & Company represented all parties in the transactions.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
