Gratton and Lien of Cushman & Wakefield facilitate $4.35 million sale

Concord, MA Cushman & Wakefield has represented Concord Office Realty Trust in the sale of 200 Baker Ave. The 52,000 s/f office building has been acquired for $4.35 million by New Horizon Communications.

200 Baker Ave. is a three-story office building located off Rte. 2 within walking distance of restaurants, retail, a new Marriott Residence Inn and the West Concord Commuter Rail Station.

New Horizons Communications will move to 200 Baker Ave. from its current headquarters in Lexington, to accommodate the firm’s growth.

Cushman & Wakefield executive director Duncan Gratton and senior director Kate Lien represented Concord Office Realty Trust, while Avison Young principal Jack Kerrigan and senior vice president Mark Coelho represented New Horizon Communications.

“This building is the perfect fit to accommodate our future growth, and the New Horizon team is very excited about moving into our new office,” said Doug Fabbricatore, chief financial officer at New Horizon Communications. “The transaction was very well done and executed smoothly by all parties.”
