Griffith Pepdjonovic Group of Marcus & Millichap broker $4m sale

Boston, MA Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of 116-122 Prince St., an 8-unit apartment property located in the city’s historic North End neighborhood, according to Thomas Shihadeh, regional manager of the firm’s Boston office. The asset sold for $4 million.

Tony Pepdjonovic, first vice president investments, Evan Griffith, first vice president investments, and Brendan Forauer, associate of the Griffith Pepdjonovic Group, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a family trust, and secured the buyer.

“Our team was excited and honored to represent the sellers in the disposition of a family asset that they had owned and lived in for over 80 years,” said Pepdjonovic. “The offering, which was marketed fully vacant, presented an incredibly rare opportunity to acquire 8 units as a blank canvas to redevelop into condominiums or high-end rentals.”

“The North End epitomizes the work and play environment. It is home to some of Boston’s best restaurants and cafés and continues to benefit from the dynamic mixed-use developments underway in the Bulfinch Triangle, TD Garden, and Government Center areas of Boston’s West End,” said Griffith.
