Healey of CBRE/NE represents Atlantic Steel Detailing in condo purchase

Salem, NH CBRE/New England has facilitated a purchase of office condominiums on behalf of Atlantic Steel Detailing Services, a full-service structural steel detailing firm, at Oak Knoll Common located at 389 Main St. 389 Main St. will serve as the new headquarters location for Atlantic Steel, they will occupy the entire second floor. CBRE/NE’s Chris Healey represented the buyer, while Colliers International’s Hugo Overdeput represented the seller.

“This is a significant improvement and expansion for Atlantic Steel Detailing Services and we are excited to help them make a smooth transition into their new headquarters location,” said Healey. “We worked with Dave to meticulously evaluate his options and are pleased with the results. We are confident that the company will thrive in this environment.”

Atlantic Steel Detailing Services, LLC started under the name Steel Detailing Services in 1994 before becoming an LLC in 2007. Our focus has been providing outstanding shop and field details for structural steel framing from 50-10,000 tons at a reasonable rate with exceptional time frames. Now offering an outstanding Miscellaneous Detailing Division. In 2007, we added many full time employees well versed in structural and miscellaneous metals detailing as well as the software we utilize. Shortly thereafter, we registered a new name and are operating under the name Atlantic Steel Detailing Services, LLC.
