Hobbs Brook Management LLC has signed Konica Minolta Business Solutions to a 10-year lease for 20,000 s/f at 404 Wyman St. in the Hobbs Brook Office Park. The suite was fitted out by Majestic Construction and features an open office floor plan around the window line.
Private offices surround line the wall perimeters.

Wyman Street Advisors is the broker for all Hobbs Brook Management transactions, and Konica Minolta was represented by Cushman and Wakefield. The firm relocated from Newton where it had been operating since 2000.
