Hobbs Brook Management LLC signs Konica Minolta Business Solutions to 20,000 s/f lease

Hobbs Brook Management LLC has signed Konica Minolta Business Solutions to a 10-year lease for 20,000 s/f at 404 Wyman St. in the Hobbs Brook Office Park. The suite was fitted out by Majestic Construction and features an open office floor plan around the window line. Private offices surround line the wall perimeters. "Konica Minolta is proud to call 404 Wyman St our new home. The facility and amenities of the new office are great. It is a place that all of our employees and customers are excited to be in and visit," said Richard Homan, branch manager for Konica Minolta. "The support by Hobbs Brook in getting acclimated to the new office and surroundings has been excellent." "Hobbs Brook is thrilled to welcome Konica Minolta to our park," said Trish Holland, real estate manager in charge of leasing at Hobbs Brook Management. "We are grateful for the opportunity to lease space to another high-powered company providing business solutions, and look forward to building a long-term relationship with the firm." Wyman Street Advisors is the broker for all Hobbs Brook Management transactions, and Konica Minolta was represented by Cushman and Wakefield. The firm relocated from Newton where it had been operating since 2000. As both owner and operator, Hobbs Brook Management LLC is committed to providing its tenants and their employees with a reliable and fully functional business environment.
