Hughes of New Dover Associates brokers $5.5 million sale of 68.9 acres

Framingham, MA Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc. represented the seller, Millwood Farms Golf Course, Inc., and procured the buyer, Millwood Residential LLC, in the sale of 68.9 acres at 175 Millwood St. The land sold for $5.5 million.

175 Millwood St. is located near Rtes. 9, 30, 126 and I-90 (Mass. Pike) and across the street from the Callahan State Park.

According to public record, the town planning board approved the developers to construct 61 residential buildings, consisting of 129 units, that will be for over 55 housing.
