* Forrester Research: The new headquarter location for Forrester Research embraces an alternative workplace design that reflects the company's collaborative culture, flexible work style, and sustainable goals.
* Equity Industrial Partners: The successful conversion and repositioning of a 650,000 s/f manufacturing facility in to a multi-tenant, first-class office space for Equity Industrial Partners was the result of collaborative team work and creative problem-solving.
* BMC: Carl J. & Ruth Shapiro Ambulatory Care Center: The new Carl J. and Ruth Shapiro Ambulatory Care Center (SACC) at Boston Medical Center features nine stories with 16 different clinics spanning eight floors, and was the result of a detailed, dedicated, and exhaustive planning process.
* Acme Packet: It was the vision and directive of Acme Packet's team to create its first real corporate HQ with the intent to convey the message that Acme Packet is a great place to work while attracting and retaining employees and customers.
* Verizon Wireless: The renovation of Verizon's existing Waltham Laboratories building and interior design services for a new office area was designed to meet the requirements of LEED Gold and promote collaboration and idea-sharing among the employees.
* Boston Properties: Boston's first "green skyscraper," Atlantic Wharf is a certified LEED Platinum building that is the newest addition to the city's skyline, and includes office, residential, retail/restaurant, civic, marina, public use parks, open space, and cultural programming components.

* Harvard Business Publishing: After a comprehensive space analysis of HBP's 5-story, 100,000 s/f office building, what began as a carpet-replacement project evolved into a realization that additional space was required to accommodate employee's space needs.
* Wentworth Institute of Technology: This first-of-its-kind student BIM project was a unique, multidisciplinary co-op experience that brought together students from Wentworth's Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, and Facilities Management disciplines with the common goal of creating an accurate BIM of a facility plant that could be used for FM purposes.
* Harvard Business School: Batten Hall is the totally renovated and redesigned building that houses the Harvard Innovation Lab, a new model for collaboration and entrepreneurship that crosses all disciplines and is a magnet with a campus-wide draw.
* Communispace: Communispace, the leading online community provider, relocated its Headquarters to 290 Congress St., to occupy more than 80,000 s/f of space across two floors. The result is a first-class, buzz worthy, and collaborative environment that can only be defined by Communispace.
* Holland & Knight Office Renovations: A thoughtful, pragmatic approach to refreshing the more than 100,000 s/f on four floors was critical to the construction program which above all, had to minimize disruptions to the successful law firm.

* Needham Golf Club: This Golf Club's new clubhouse makes the facility accessible to all users while transforming the historic golf course into a sought-after location for golf and special events.
* Laddawn, Inc.: The renovation for this recyclable plastic films manufacturer transformed a dark, vacant public library into a contemporary corporate headquarters.
* Erland Construction, Inc.: The project goal for Erland Construction's new headquarters was to create space that projected drama and uniqueness to reinforce Erland's new branding efforts.
* InterGen: The goal of this renovation project was to obtain, construct, furnish and occupy the headquarters for InterGen, within the tight constraints of a 9 month timeframe.
* WSP Flack + Kurtz: The goal of creating a new space for this Engineering firm was to support and enhance the client's work methodology: Listen, Explore, Create, Deliver.
* Verizon Innovation Center: The design of the Innovation Center creates a a first-of-its-kind centralized hub for the collaboration and advancement of Verizon's technology initiatives that acts as a visual touchpoint and statement for Verizon's vision of innovation and collaboration.
*Black Duck Software: The new office environment for Black Duck Software creates a significantly greater level of synergy as well as highly improved operational efficiency.
* Eliza Corporation: The loft-like space for Eliza Corporation's new headquarters offers multi-functional meeting, collaboration and work spaces with a modern feel. Relocated over a long weekend, the critical construction timeline was well-managed and change orders were kept to a minimum; the contractor completed the deadline on time and on budget.
* Philips North America: Philips' new headquarter space embraces a High Performance Workspace (HPW) solution and leverages both technology and dynamic office design to create a livable and workable space.
* St. Gabriel the Archangel Parish: St. Gabriel is a new 27,000 SF, 600-seat church located on a 42-acre wooded site in rural Upton, MA. Combining the Catholic communities of both Upton and Mendon, the inspirational new church is the result of the successful collaboration of two established parishes over a six-year planning and design process.

Existing Bldg LEED Principles
*Liberty Mutual: In December of 2009, Liberty Mutual Insurance embarked on the ambitious adventure of obtaining LEED EB status for their Back Bay World Headquarters. The site, estimated at 496,000 s/f, encompasses buildings that date back as far as 1938. The fact that this collection of buildings together achieved Gold Certification makes it very unique in our market.
* Presentation School Foundation - Multi-Service Community Center: This 28,000 s/f community center was realized through the formation of the Presentation School Foundation, by local citizen's intent on maintaining a sense of community. The Deep Energy Retrofit for this building is now pending Platinum LEED Certification.
* Leggatt McCall - Ames Pond Corporate Center: Ames Pond Corporate Center features a newly upgraded high-efficiency HVAC system, a 200- kilowatt photovoltaic array, a new roof, landscaping featuring indigenous plantings, and onsite fitness center, walking paths, bicycle racks, and shower facilities for building occupants. The buildings are Energy-Star certified, demonstrating energy consumption of 80% less than peer buildings.
Education & Professional Development Award: Thomas Dunn, CFM, RPA, vice president/director, general services & facilities
at Eastern Bank: Dunn is an expert resource for many in the facilities management profession, specifically in the areas of finance and budgeting. He has been an active member in IFMA's Education Committee while working as an adjunct professor in the Wentworth Facilities Planning and Management Directed Studies Capstone Project.
Emerging Leaders Award: Carolyn Manoukian, assistant project manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts: Manoukian has been an active member of IFMA since she was a student at Wentworth Institute of Technology. As a member of the Programs Committee, she understands what goes into planning and executing an event for success at IFMA, and she motivates others to get involved in IFMA. Carolyn works well with everyone she meets and is respected by all.
Exemplary End User Award: Anthony Leonard, regional facilities manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance: Within his own organization, Leonard has embraced Liberty Mutual's goals for sustainability, and his systematic approach to measuring building performance and providing supporting data allow senior management to continue to support the company's sustainability goals. He has been a long-time member of the Boston IFMA chapter, and has held positions of increasing authority with the Chapter.
Exemplary Service Provider Award:
* Guy Compagnone, LEED AP, director of sustainable practices at Chapman Construction: Compagnone brings willingness and enthusiasm to work with organizations and individuals on all things sustainable.
* Francine Buck, furniture representative at Haworth: Buck is a veteran service provider, with more than 25 years of client service in this community. She has the ability to see a problem from multiple perspectives, and is well-known for delivering on her commitments.
