Inc.ubate Coworking to open third location at Patton Homestead

Hamilton, MA Inc.ubate Coworking has completed its third location at the historic Patton Homestead. Currently accepting applications for membership, Inc.ubate Hamilton will open its latest shared office space this spring.

With a goal of connecting innovative, entrepreneurial, and small business professionals with the business resources they need to succeed and grow the region’s economic ecosystem, Michael Lucerto founded Inc.ubate Coworking in 2016. Other locations include Lynn and Winthrop, Mass. All monthly memberships in Inc.ubate Coworking include printing, private space booking, marketing support, business mentorship, business address/mail, access to House of Blues VIP membership, and Red Sox season tickets, and more. Membership rates start at $100 per month.

Located at 650 Asbury St., Inc.ubate Coworking Hamilton options include shared or private office space alongside newly rehabilitated common areas. Members can work from inside the historic home around an old New England fireplace or outside in an Adirondack chair overlooking this 23-acre estate. The grounds also include public access to the Ipswich River for kayaking or canoeing, walking trails, bird watching, and plenty of space to hold an outdoor event or activity.

“We are the only shared office space in the region that provides business professionals a collaborative, creative, working community,” said Lucerto. “Our goal is to help our members build their business with a diverse array of services, expertise, and innovation under one roof.”

Inc.ubate Coworking worked with interior designer Joanna Ciampa on the new location.
