Institutional Property Advisors to market 421,680 s/f Bristol Place

Bristol Place - Attleboro, MA Bristol Place - Attleboro, MA

Attleboro, MA Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap specializing in serving institutional and major private real estate investors, has been chosen to exclusively market for sale Bristol Place, a 421,680 s/f, 98.37% leased grocery-anchored power center. Built in 1993 and renovated in 2013, Bristol Place’s major tenants include a new Market Basket, Home Depot, Super Kmart, Bob’s Stores, and Bob’s Discount Furniture. Market Basket is a leading grocery operator in New England. The property is listed on an open bid basis.

IPA’s Joseph French, Jr., CCIM and Thomas Dalzell, along with Glen Kunofsky and Russell Wachtler of Marcus & Millichap, are representing the seller, a Boston-based private investor.

“Bristol Place is a significant multi-tenant retail asset with steady income growth and upside potential in a high-density New England market,” said French. “The combination of high-volume anchor tenants, significant population density, high traffic counts from two major roadways, and adjacency to a major commuter rail station have created a truly unique retail destination that attracts strong interest from shoppers and retailers.”
