J. Calnan & Associates, Inc. welcomed Morse Barnes-Brown & Pendleton, PC to their new home.
Working collaboratively with Packard Design, WB Engineers and Cresa Partners the team renovated 30,000 s/f of the CityPoint Building. The project consisted of the complete demolition of the existing space, MEP improvements, several new conference and boardrooms, kitchens, private offices complete with high-end finishes, as well as a welcoming reception area. All work was completed without disrupting the operations of the surrounding tenants.
Laurie Macdonald, firm administrator for MBBP said, "For the first time in our firm's history, we were leaving the building where we'd started, and moving to a completely new environment. We knew how unsettling this experience might prove to be for us, and we knew how critical a role the construction management team would play in ensuring a successful project. We put our faith in the Calnan crew and were not disappointed. Over the course of this project, especially during our weekly meetings and follow-up correspondence and on-site troubleshooting tours, I came to know well a number the employees, and I have nothing but the highest regard for their character, intelligence, integrity, expertise and standards. Their work, and that of their handpicked subs, took a vision of what might be and translated it into a reality of great beauty; they made a home for my firm and our employees which we can enjoy every working day, a place to be proud of. I shall never forget the efforts of my Calnan Crew, nor them."
Jim Cahill, president of J. Calnan said, "As a service provider, we strive each day to meet and ultimately exceed the expectations of our clients. We genuinely believe in personal service, by serving our clients' needs with the highest level of integrity and accountability, interacting with clients and employees honestly and fairly, and having a true interest in the ultimate goals of each project. Our measure of our success is found in the many satisfied clients like Morse Barnes-Brown & Pendleton, PC as well as the long-term relationships we've built with our clients, employees and vendors over the course of our 15 years in business."
