Waltham, MA NAI Hunneman represented Waverley Oaks Park and its owner Duffy Properties in a 28,405 s/f lease with RTI at 307 Waverley Oaks Rd. RTI is relocating from Main St. and chose the park as its long-term space solution.
Executive vice president/principal Steve James, assisted by senior associate Jason Rexinis represented Duffy Properties while RTI was represented by Doug Adamian, senior managing director at Boston Realty Advisors.
The transaction with RTI is the latest in a flurry of activity at Waverley Oaks Park. Since the beginning of 2015 the NAI Hunneman team has completed 76,248 s/f in transactions taking vacancy in the park from 19% - 11%.
