Jay Nuss Realty Group sells 4,558 s/f to Dharma Dreams Vocational Center

Hanover, MA Jay Nuss Realty Group, LLC negotiated the sale of 439 Columbia Rd. to Joanne Burke-Sherman, founder and president of Dharma Dreams Vocational Center, an organization that empowers young adults with learning differences by preparing them for meaningful work and independence through hands-on training in landscaping and painting, life skills and entrepreneurship, summer internships, and daily mind-body support.

According to Registry of Deeds records, the 4,558 s/f property was sold by Powerhouse Funding Corp. to Burke-Sherman for $900,000. Dharma Dreams Vocational Center plans to officially launch in January 2026.

Additionally, Jay Nuss Realty Group committed funding to become the first room sponsor of the Dharma Dreams Vocational Center.

“Partnering with the Jay Nuss Realty Group exceeded all expectations,” said Burke-Sherman.  “They presented me with spaces that met all my requirements, and eventually led me to this ideal location. 

“We are incredibly grateful as well for their show of support for Dharma Dreams Vocational Center, and for investing in student success,” Burke-Sherman said.

“Dharma Dreams Vocational Center has the capability of positively impacting scores of young adults, and we are proud to have played a small part in helping Joanne find a space for her vision, and for supporting this effort,” said Jay Nuss, founder.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
