JLL hires Fivek to lead the Mass Pike/Rte. 128 team as a managing director

As part of the firm's continued commitment to build a leading brokerage team for expanded coverage throughout Greater Boston, JLL has hired Jason Fivek to lead its Mass Pike/Rte. 128 brokerage team. Fivek, a seasoned leasing expert, has joined the firm as a managing director. He will specialize in representing tenants and investors in the leasing and sale of office, research and development space within the Waltham and surrounding marketplace.
Fivek joins JLL from Boston Properties and brings 15 years of commercial real estate experience. He oversaw leasing activities throughout Boston Properties' central suburban Boston portfolio. His primary focus was the 4.2 million s/f of class A office space located between the Mass Pike and Rte. 2 in Lexington.
Fivek will join an already formidable team comprised of managing director Alex Dauria, and vice presidents Tyler Spring and Brendan Cohn. The team has represented some of New England's most prestigious firms along Mass Pike/Rte. 128 including: Dassault Systems, Dyax Corp., National Grid, and Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Since joining Boston Properties in 2001, Fivek has completed over 300 lease transactions totaling over 3 million s/f. He has worked on numerous major transactions in the central Rte. 128 region including: Biogen Idec, Constant Contact, Parexel, Phase Forward, Unica/IBM Corporation, and Parametric Technologies.
