Kavoogian of CBRE/New England leases 5,206 s/f to Cxense

Boston, MA CBRE/New England leased 5,206 s/f at 451 D St. in the Seaport District to Cxense. The building is owned in a joint venture between Meritage Properties, GE Asset Management and Commonwealth Ventures.

CBRE/NE’s Chuck Kavoogian represented Cxense in the transaction. CBRE/NE’s Bill Crean and Jonathan Freni represented owner Meritage Properties.
