Keefe of Greater Boston Commercial Properties brokers $2.07 million sale of 9,800 s/f flex industrial building

Framingham, MA James Keefe of Greater Boston Commercial Properties Inc. (GBCP) has completed the sale of 95 Eames St., a 9,800 s/f flex industrial building, for $2.07 million. Keefe served as the sole broker in the transaction, representing the seller.

Located near the Mass. Pike (I-90), and Rtes. 9 and 30, 95 Eames offers flexible space suitable for a range of commercial uses. The transaction underscores the continued strength of the industrial/flex market in the MetroWest region.

The seller, Jeanette Keene, praised Keefe’s dedication saying, “James worked tirelessly throughout the whole process of the sale. From advertising, to being readily available for showings which were done in a very professional manner, negotiating the sale, and continuously communicating with attorneys, bank representatives, and environmental consultants, etc., to assure that the process went smoothly. I very highly recommend him.”

Edivaldo Drummond, the buyer, said, “James did an excellent job even considering our crazy political climate (DOGE slowed down our SBA loan approval!) James remained patient and provided solutions for all our concerns.”

The sale highlights Keefe’s hands-on approach and GBCP’s expertise in navigating complex industrial transactions across Greater Boston and beyond.
