
Marlborough, MA The property at 197-207 Pleasant St. has been purchased by Ar-Raheem Academy, the only Islamic school in New England. Formerly known as the Frye Family Estate, the property is comprised of three structures totaling 37,666 s/f and includes the 5,828 s/f mansion once home to the Frye Family, a 1,838 s/f carriage house, and a 30,000 s/f structure, most recently used as a rest home for the Sisters of St. Chretienne.
James Keogh and Peter Kovago of NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs represented the buyer who purchased the property for $3.8 million.
