KeyPoint negotiates 3,060 s/f lease with Kadrmas Eye Care New England at Wareham Marketplace

Wareham, MA KeyPoint Partners (KPP) negotiated a lease with Kadrmas Eye Care New England at Wareham Marketplace. Vice presidents of leasing Don Mace and Rob Grady represented the landlord in the transaction. Kadrmas Eye Care will open a new location in a 3,060 s/f space between Aldi and Dollar Tree. Wareham Marketplace is a new center located on Cranberry Hwy. (Rte. 28), near the crossroads of I-495 and I-195 between Walmart Supercenter and Target, close to Lowe’s, TJ Maxx, Old Navy, Michaels, DSW, and others. Tenants at the center include Aldi, AutoZone, Dollar Tree, Jersey Mike’s, Mattress Firm, The UPS Store, Wendy’s, Mimi’s Nails, and Glow Tanning.

“Kadrmas Eye Care will enhance the tenant mix at Wareham Marketplace,” Mace said. “The Wareham community will benefit from the quality eye care services the Kadrmas team provides to its patrons. With the recent addition of The UPS Store, Glow Tanning, and Kadrmas Eye Care, the center is now fully leased.”

Kadrmas Eye Care New England is one of the region’s sources for comprehensive eye care expertise. Their 10 board certified ophthalmologists and optometrists, supported by highly skilled clinical technicians and staff, work as a team to meet patients’ complete vision needs.
