King joins Jones Lang LaSalle as VP, healthcare

Jones Lang LaSalle has hired Timothy King as vice president, healthcare. King is a veteran of commercial real estate in New England with over 25 years of development and construction experience specializing in the healthcare industry. Since 2004 he was director of business development with William A. Berry & Son. In that role he created and successfully executed Berry's sales plan. His responsibilities included: client development and interaction, budget oversight, and associations/trade show management. He led the sales effort for over $1 billion of healthcare construction with clients including: Baystate Medical Center, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, BioMed Realty Trust, Heywood Hospital, UMass Medical School, North Shore Medical Center, and Northeast Health Systems. Prior to joining Berry, King was with Modern Continental Construction as a business development coordinator. King holds a bachelors degree in Economics/Business from Stonehill College. He is a member of the New England Healthcare Engineers Society, American Society of Healthcare Engineering, and American College of Healthcare Professionals.
