Work continues on King Street’s Pathway Devens Campus - designed by Vivo Architecture
Devens, MA With construction starting on 75 Jackson Rd., the second phase of the Pathway Devens Biomanufacturing Campus developed by King Street Properties and designed by VIVO Architecture, work is well underway. Slated for completion in late spring 2025, the new building will bring an additional 230,000 s/f of prime high-tech manufacturing space to market. 57 Jackson Rd., slated for upcoming development sometime next year will round off the five-building campus.
Already home to energy and technology companies such as Electric Hydrogen, Ascend Elements, and Azzur Cleanrooms, Pathway Devens will continue to fulfill the unique needs of the technology, energy and biomanufacturing companies.
With unique expertise working with life-science end sustainable energy clients, VIVO Architecture has designed buildings that are adaptable to a wide variety of manufacturing processes assuring a successful integration of the buildings with the ever-evolving processes carried out within.
