KS Partners signs three leases at 85 Devonshire Street totaling 13,060 s/f in Boston's Financial District

KS Partners LLC has signed three lease transactions at 85 Devonshire St. KS Partners is the owner of the 92,160 s/f office building located in the city's Financial District. Weston & Sampson, a full-service environmental and infrastructure engineering firm, signed a new lease for 3,650 s/f. Chris Lawrence of Colliers International represented the tenant in the lease negotiation. Lattice Engines, a provider of business-to-business sales intelligence software, expanded its footprint at 85 Devonshire St., adding 3,800 s/f of space to its existing 4,410 s/f lease. The firm now occupies 8,210 s/f of space in the building. Tom Ashe of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented Lattice Engines. Apollo Security renewed its lease for 1,200 s/f of space. Tim Bianchi and Jay Driscoll of Cushman & Wakefield represented KS Partners in all three transactions. 85 Devonshire St. and 262 Washington St. make up a two-building, 92,160 s/f complex located near the Boston Common, Rose Kennedy Greenway and Downtown Crossing.
