Scarborough, ME Landry/French Construction, one of Northern New England’s leading construction management firms, has hired Denis Garriepy as chief operating officer.
Garriepy, a native of Biddeford, ME, has 22 years of experience in commercial construction working with construction management firms in the Greater Boston area. He joins Landry/French from Suffolk Construction where he spent nearly a decade, most recently in the role of vice president of operations. At Suffolk, Garriepy oversaw large-scale education, healthcare, and life sciences projects, including Northeastern University’s $330 million EXP facility. His portfolio of successful healthcare projects includes major capital works for Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston Children’s Hospital, Brigham & Women’s Hospital, and Boston Medical Center.
As chief operating officer at Landry/French, Garriepy will have overall responsibility for the company’s operational leadership.

Garriepy has a master of science in Construction Management from Northeastern University’s Graduate School of Engineering and a bachelor of science in Architecture from the University of Michigan.
