Langley Construction breaks ground on terminal project in Londonderry, NH

Londonderry, NH Langley Construction, a family-owned and operated general contractor and construction management firm with over three decades of experience, has started its latest project which is a vaulted terminal.

Langley Construction broke ground on the 41,000 s/f vaulted terminal that consists of load-bearing pre-cast insulated concrete panels. The building sits on a 13-acre multi-building site adjacent to the Boston-Manchester regional airport. The property is owned by R.J. Kelly Co., Inc., a New England-based commercial real estate owner, manager, and developer.

The interior will feature drive-through vehicle storage, fleet maintenance, office, and specialty use. JLL represented the national tenant that will occupy the building and construction is slated to be complete by late spring of 2022.  

Langley Construction is known for its on-time, on-budget commercial construction projects for a variety of projects such as storage facilities, veterinary clinics, and car dealerships.
