Lee and Braun of O,R&L Commercial sell 30,600 s/f industrial/warehouse property for $1.8 million

Cheshire, CT O,R&L Commercial brokered the $1.8 million sale of 150 Sandbank Rd., a 30,600 s/f industrial/warehouse building located on 2.21 acres. The warehouse area of the building features 18-ft. ceilings and multiple docks and drive-ins. At the time of the sale the property was vacant.

Rich Lee and Will Braun of O,R&L Commercial represented the seller, Marshall Enterprises, LLC and the buyer, RSS Millwork Services was also represented by O,R&L Commercial’s Sam Crampton and Frank Hird, SIOR. 

RSS Millwork Services, presently located in Prospect, is a custom millwork manufacturer specializing in architectural millwork, cabinetry, and commercial interior finishes for a wide range of clients including corporate offices, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, retail environments and luxury residential projects. To accommodate its growth and increased production demands, RSS Millworks is relocating its operations to 150 Sandbank Rd. This move will allow RSS Millworks to expand its manufacturing capacity, streamline logistics and enhance service capabilities to better support its growing customer base throughout the U.S. 

O,R&L Commercial, LLC with offices in Branford and Rocky Hill represents landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers in the office, retail, medical, multi-family, investment and industrial markets.
