Little Compton, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty negotiated the sale of 51-53 Old Harbor Rd., in the village of Adamsville for $1.89 million. The sellers were represented by Cherry Arnold, and the buyers were represented by Liz Kinnane, both sales associates of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.

According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this is the highest sale on record in Adamsville. Agents of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty have represented clients in the top five sales on record in Adamsville.

Offering privacy, this three-home compound is set on three acres near the Westport River. Built in 1770, 1820, and 2007, each home offers warmth, charm, and spacious room for guests and family. Three acres of grounds feature a heated pool, lawns, trees, and stone walls.
