Lefebvre of Elm Grove Realty handles $2.8 million portfolio sale
Pittsfield, NH Exclusively representing the sellers and procuring the buyer, Matthew Lefebvre of Elm Grove Realty completed a portfolio sale involving 12 buildings, totaling 60,833 s/f, for $2.8 million.
This portfolio is comprised of buildings as small as three units to as large as 13 units, spread across downtown, for a combined unit count of 76 units.
