Lyman of Lyman Real Estate arranges 6,416 s/f lease to Whole Life, Inc.

Norwich, CT According to Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate, Whole Life, Inc. has signed a five-year lease on the 6,416 s/f building at 558 West Thames St. Lyman represented owners Paul, Joseph, and Anthony Fatone of P .J. & A., LLC, and also acted as agent for the lessee.

Currently based in New London, Whole Life, Inc., is a non-profit organization which, according to their website, “Provides community support to individuals with disabilities in an environment that fosters empowerment, choice, responsibility and control.”
