Boston, MA Doug Marr, president of Keliher Real Estate commercial division, has leased the parlor level retail component at 244 Newbury St. The space is 1,170 s/f with a large bay display window. Organic Mattress Co. of Sudbury Mass. leased the space as a second retail location. The building is managed by Mainsail Management.
