Masters Touch Design Build receives six Eastern Mass. National Assn. of the Remodeling Industry Contractor of the Year Awards

Holliston, MA The Eastern Massachusetts Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (EM NARI) has awarded Masters Touch Design Build a total of six 2017 EM NARI Contractor of the Year (CotY) Awards.

An award-winning custom home and renovation contractor, Masters Touch Design Build was presented with multiple CotY Awards at EM NARI’s Evening of Excellence event held in March at the Clarke Showroom in Milford. 

The Masters Touch Design Build team - Doug Masters (owner), Chris Previte (sales), Alexandra Yavarow (designer), Nancy Werneken (designer), and Richard Noyes (marketing) - attended the Evening of Excellence. Where the company captured two Gold Awards for “Entire House Under $500,000” and “Residential Kitchen Under $50,000”, and four Silver Awards for “Residential Basement”, “Residential Interior”, “Residential Kitchen $50,000 - $100,000” and “Residential Kitchen Under $50,000”. 

“First and foremost, our goal is fulfillment of the customer’s vision by way of creative design and masterful execution,” noted Doug Masters of Masters Touch Design Build. “We are honored to receive this professional recognition as it serves to highlight our dedication to delivering the highest quality design build and renovation projects.”

This year, there were 100 projects submitted for CotY Awards across nineteen categories. A panel of eight independent reviewers judged the project entries in a blind evaluation. Projects were judged on a 70 point scale with points awarded for how well the project met the client’s needs and enhanced the functionality and aesthetics of the space, innovative uses of materials and methods, the ability to overcome obstacles creatively, the craftsmanship displayed in the work, and the presentation of the project. 

Masters Touch has won multiple awards for their quality work including three Contractor of the Year awards in 2016 as well as a Chrysalis Award for a major home renovation completed in 2016
