Mayrand of Kelleher & Sadowsky arranges 10,000 s/f lease to Alternatives Unlimited Inc.

Alternatives Unlimited Inc, has leased 10,000 s/f at 454 Grove St. from James Chacharone, Aster Group, LLC. The building was previously occupied by Boston Billiards. The interior of the building will be completely renovated, changing the space from a billiard hall to class A office space. Alternatives plans to use the office space for a mix of administrative and program uses. They are moving from their current location 600 Main St. Matthew Mayrand of Kelleher & Sadowsky was the sole broker in the transaction, and procured the tenant. Alternatives Unlimited Inc's. Headquarters are located in Whitinsville, Mass. Alternatives offer a wide spectrum of residential and vocational services of the highest quality to people with developmental and psychiatric disabilities. They help over 1,200 adults with disabilities throughout 55 programs in Central Massachusetts to begin each day with a personalized plan to improve their lives.
