The Conrad Group has recently consummated the sale of 500 Granite Ave. on behalf of the seller, 500 Granite LLC.
The 10,200 s/f, 3 story office building is prominently situated adjacent to the Southeast Expressway and was for many years the corporate office for The John M. Corcoran Company. With visibility and parking available for 40 cars, it is an excellent investment. The new owner intends to make some renovations and continue leasing it out to smaller type tenants.
Paul McCourt of Conrad represented the seller. The buyer, 500 Milton LLC, was represented by Sean Kenealy of Key Realty, Inc.
According to the Norfolk Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $1.25 million.
